Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. Purchasing
from our site indicates that you agree and accept these terms, conditions
and notices, without modification. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use this web site. SignsRus
provides no warranty for the information contained in this web site,
either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
or non-infringement. In short, it is entirely up to you and your
sole responsibility to make sure that what you order, meets your
needs.
Intellectual Property Rights
We believe strongly in protecting intellectual property rights
online. Our SignsRus online store and design services with the
use of any of our “SignMagic” Software, is a
service provided to users for designing and buying Signs and other
related products. When users of this service signup, they agree
to not infringe on corporate logos, trademarks, trade names, service
marks, or copyrights owned or claimed by another.
Further, each time users upload a design to our site, they are agreeing
that "No copyrighted material may be placed on the Service
by anyone without the permission of the copyright owner, or persons
authorized by the copyright owner to grant permission" and
take full responsibility for any violations.
Offensive or Demeaning Materials
The content of SignsRus and related services are intended for
professional business use and other related uses. We recognize that
the definition of "offensive" and "demeaning"
will vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to not except or produce
any order deemed by us to be offensive or demeaning. We appreciate
your help and understanding. This policy is meant to curtail abuses
in “SignMagic” services.
Designs that do not meet this policy will be removed and/or orders
cancelled. Most notably, we will not print obscene words or “pornographic”
images. Nude images, considered at our sole discretion, to be a
form of “art”, may be acceptable.
Privacy Policy
SignsRus is committed to protecting your privacy on the Internet.
We promise that any personal information you submit to us directly
will NOT be used outside normal business operations. We will NEVER
sell this information to direct marketers!
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of the Signs offered, we are unable to
offer refunds. You agree that all sales are final. Absolutely
no refunds for any orders. It is entirely at your risk,
as the client, to determine the applicability or fitness in any
purchases made. We are unable to resell custom designs in connection
with any Signs. The user of our “Signs in Flash” Software
agrees with using our Software, that the Design & final product
designed, serves as the final proof and layout for the user. What
you see is what you get! Also the colors specified in our Software
used for designing the signs varies in the appearance and shades
of the color and is clearly not the actual final color for the sign
product. The colors presented in our Design services and our Software
are different in the actual used Vinyl, Paint, Wood, Aluminum, Plastic,
or any other product purchased are slightly different due to the
different materials. The customer agrees with designing & purchasing
any product and using any of our color charts related with our services
on SignsRus will look different with the actual product. Unless
the customer for example ordered a red sign and the final product
is blue, another word in reality the color is a different color
and not just a shade of the original color. In this case customer
may ask for another sign. We always are thriving for perfection
and try to service to your satisfaction.
Design Violations
Time to time, users may violate these agreements without our knowledge.
However, we work diligently to prevent such violations. Our customer
service department audits designs that are created daily and cancels
orders deemed to be in violation of these agreements. Also, we periodically
audit the contents of Signs for violations and take action to remove
designs that violate such agreements.
If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, please
contact us right away with the subject or object of the violation
and we will promptly act to address such violations. Once again,
try to protect your intellectual property rights. Your rights are
very important to us.

Attention: We reserve the right to cancel orders and designs/inventory
without reason. We will cancel orders and not be responsible for
commissions for designs that violate the intent of these statements.
